Boldfish Productions is currently looking for summer interns with a passion for sharing the Gospel and reaching communities for Jesus! We are excited to be introducing a new summer internship program dedicated to spreading the message of Christ.

Interns will spend the summer traveling with the Parables of Jesus drama, hosting outreaches in several communities across North Dakota. Throughout the duration of the summer, the interns will have the opportunity to be trained in evangelism, both on a stage and on the street.

There will also be training and opportunities to learn the technical aspect of the production regarding things such as: sound system setup, lighting setup, programming, directing and more.

The internship will begin with training located at River of Life Assembly of God in Minot, ND on May 15th. We will leave from training to our first outreach located in Carrington, ND.

The summer is full of outreaches from May 15th - August 15th.

There will be a 2 week break at the end of June for Family Camp at Lakewood Park Bible Camp in Devils Lake, ND.
Each outreach is an intense amount of ministry in a very compact time. What will interns be doing during these outreaches?

Learning Lighting Systems

Learning Video Walls

Learning Soundboard

Preaching/Leading Devotionals

Leading 4-6 Prayer Meetings

Handing out Tickets/Gospel Tracts

Street Evangelism

Fasting

Giving Altar Calls

Ministering at the Altar

Leading Large Groups of People

Acting

According to each persons DESIRE, ABILITY, and CALLING, we will work with you to minister in and develop these areas!
During training we will cover how we minister at an outreach. Here are a few expectations that may be helpful to know before you apply.

Be available for the entire outreach schedule. May 15th - August 15th.

Be teachable with a desire to grow closer to God.

Humility in ministry. We serve the church, not them serve us.

Good work ethic.

Be willing to spend time with the Lord every morning and evening.

We learn from the promise found in Joshua 1:8 which says, "This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success."

This means we expect each person on our team to spend time with the Lord every morning and every night. If this is something you desire but have not done yet we will work together as a team to develop this habit.

Be willing to fast 1 day each outreach.

Each team member does one day of fasting per outreach asking God to pour out on the city where we are ministering.

Be willing to adhere to the dress code.

We want to maintain a professional and respectful appearance when representing the ministry. We ask that your clothing be modest, tasteful, and free of holes. T-shirts are not permitted on stage. We ask that shirts have one or more of the following features: buttons, collars, long sleeves, pockets, or similar details. For men, we request wearing a sport coat when giving an altar call or speaking to the audience.

It is our sincere hope that these things will excite you to the possibility of growth with Christ over this summer. We are just as committed to your growth as we are to the growth of those to whom we are ministering in each city.
We will take care of all your lodging and travel expenses. Lodging will mostly be hotels, campgrounds, and occasional host family.

You will be given $125 a week as per diem, which covers basic living and food expenses. Often times the church will provide meals during outreaches.

Each person who completes the internship will receive $1,500 at the end of the summer.
